Musa Dangoggo Aliyu
Founder & CEO
Mallam Musa has over 35 years of experience in the property development industry. He was the founding Managing Director of Urban Shelter Limited. Under his management, he has conceived, designed, project managed and developed over 5,000 housing units and over 10,000 shopping outlets.

Head Of Corporate Services / Project Development
Akin Ajibola holds the position of Head of Project Development at Homes Group Limited and is a qualified Engineer by profession. With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Akin has been instrumental in the project development divisions of Homes Group Limited and Rural Homes Limited, thanks to his engineering and business management background. He brings invaluable contributions to the firm, excelling in both managerial and technical aspects of our core team. Currently, Akin is responsible for the day-to-day project development operations at Homes Group Limited.

Arch. Rabiu Yaro
Head Of Building Services
Architect Rabiu Yaro is a highly experienced architect with more than 13 years of expertise in real estate and construction. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Urban Development from the Federal University of Technology (FUT) Minna. Additionally, he holds certificates from PPMC and IPMA-UK. He served as the head of Architecture at Urban Shelter Limited for 5 years before transitioning to The Homes Group Limited.

From his beginnings as a Personal Assistant to the Chairman to his tenure as Head of Digital Marketing, he has consistently driven innovation and growth.
